Christmas Season and the food we eat

WOW Christmas is already upon us. I’m so excited to see the season come round this year, as my challenge this year is to make healthy choices. Thanksgiving was wonderful with all organic foods with family and friends. Our choice to eat better makes us feel better. When we eat healthy foods the holiday season doesn’t seem quite so bad. We eat organic so our lives have changed for the better with only good health for the future. I have lost over 200 hundred pounds in 2 1/2 years and still loosing. I have started my toning and daily exercise routine. I feel like my life has truly changed with no regrets in sight. As Always drink your 1/2 your body weight in ounces in water as it is so important to stay hydrated. Next use a smaller plate to eat your meals and wait 20 min after eating to return for seconds if u still feel hungry. You can always go back and eat a few hours later. The importance of what we put in our mouths as we stuff ourselves to the brim with food is one reason we as a country are very obese along with bad food choices. We need to understand that no one is going to watch out for our health but you. It’s not easy and involves a little work, but you feel so much better about yourself. So during this Christmas Season make healthy choices, drink water, and eat smaller portions. Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year once again.
